Prague produces magnificent lights and incredible gloom. It is a city that revels at the clarity of light and unravels at the shadows that follow. Photographer Lydia Vycitalova found the exact moment in time when that light meets that darkness. As levity subsides and longing yearns, the light becomes rarer, and the gloom casually sets in. These are the photos of Prague in transition, from summer to winter, from light to gloom, from sparkling nostalgia to matte future.
