Incorporating imagery from the silence of the lambs into an editorial is a bold statement. But being bold has never been an issue for a fashion house built on abstractions and pushing the boundary. The new editorial/presentation of MM6 of Maison Margiela stood on a narrative of relationships between two people and the absurdity of the digital revolution. While this may not appeal to a lot of consumers, the ones who will dig it, will truly dig it.
